Condos for sale at Maggie Valley Club are in two different subdivisions. The first set of condos are in a subdivision called Mountain glen Condominiums. These condos were built in 2002. There are both two bedroom, two bath units and three bedroom, two bath units available. Some units have garages and others do not. There are not enough garages for all the units. The condos for sale at Maggie Valley Club in the Mountain Glen Subdivision have golf course and mountain views. These condo do not come with a membership in the Maggie Valley Club and Resort. however, a Sports Membership that includes use of all the amenities of the club except golf is only $55 per month.

The other set of condos for sale at at Maggie Valley Club are in a subdivision called Persimmon Point. These condos were built in 2006. There are both two bedroom, two bath units and three bedroom, two bath units. no garages were built with this set of condos. These condos also have both golfcourse and mountain views. These condos have a Sports Membership to the Maggie Valley Club and Resort included as part of their monthly Association fee.

The Maggie Valley Club and Resort is located in the resort Town of Maggie Valley, North Carolina. Maggie Valley is in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains. The floor of the valley varies from 2600 feet elevation to over 3000 feet elevation with mountains rising on either side to between 5000 and 6000 feet elevation. The Maggie Valley Club and Resort is a complete resort. It provides golf, tennis, swimming, fitness, a wellness spa and dining. It provides a full slate of activities during the season including hiking, white water rafting, zip lining, aerobics, water aerobics, trivia challenges, etc. Both sets of condos are a short walk from the from the clubhouse. The club runs a rental program for those condo owners who want to rent out their condos. They take care of reservations, cleaning and have maintenance people to make necessary repairs. The rental program is very active, with many golf groups renting out multiple condos.

The condos for sale at Maggie Valley Club are centrally located. The town of Waynesville with excellent, boutiques, restaurants and supermarkets is 10 minutes away. The eclectic City of Asheville with malls, restaurants, art galleries and performing arts venues is only 30 minutes away. The Cherokee Indian Reservation with Harrahs casino and Cherokee crafts, museum and shows is only 20 minutes away. The Southern entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the ranger station is only 30 minutes away. The National Park has excellent hiking, horseback riding, white water rafting fishing and picnicking. The Blue Ridge Parkway is 10 minutes away. It offers breathtaking views, hiking, picnicking and dining.

What the area offers is beautiful scenery, cool summers, an easy, laid back lifestyle, and friendly, polite people. What the area doesn’t have is wall-to-wall people (it is rural), traffic, crime and a lot of hassles.
