This weekend I listed a house and found out that although I had multiple keys none seemed to want to work the front door. Several keys worked another door in the house so getting in wasn't a problem. The problem was, however, how best to present the house. In this particular property coming through the front door makes a huge difference in the tone that is set. The next step, was getting a key that would work.
I called the Lock Shop this morning and Wayne answered the phone himself. With several appointments already scheduled for this house today I asked if it would be possible to meet him at noon. "No problem" he replied. He had just gotten there when I drove up. He was incredibly responsive, re-keyed the lock and gave me 4 keys so that I could have a couple for spares if needed. I am glad I called we have now had 3 showings and more to come.
