This is perfect timing for me to respond to "The Active Rain and WebsiteBox Challenge" as I am a real estate broker in Montreal, Canada working with wordpress right now. Although I am a big wordpress fan, here are three things or more that "my dream website" would have.

1) Having a background in design, I always appreciate a beautiful and well executed website, it's a potential client's first impression! Having a flexible, gorgeous, gallery slider to play with on my home page that displays photos and videos in large formats is essential. The gallery/slider should upload and automatically adjust the pixel ratio of your images without you having to manipulate them first.

2) Fully customizable widgets that give your pages/post/homepage full flexibility. These widgets could be set to display either vertically or horizontally, whether you wish to create full width, one column or multi columns. This allows you to customize and personalize your site, getting away from a cookie cutter web site look and feel.

3) A mobile responsive website with an optimized Page/post builder system that breaks down your page for SEO/Google search results.There would be a section for your header H1 content, section for subtitle, body content, footer, etc and before you submit the post it would auto analyze the page/post in terms of keywords, and other optimization elements.

Some other wishlist extras would be to have; a customizable personal app that integrates with your webiste; options for content creation solutions, tools or services for social marketing engagement and link building. The ability to login with Facebook would be fantastic!

I guess I'm getting carried away here.... In the meantime, thank you to Active Rain for all the super webinars and learning tools.
