Great information and so very important in the real estate profession to stay in touch and keep our contact with leads consistent.

Kathryn and Linda - Yes, it is absolutely crucial to stay in touch by email, phone and more...BUT it's what you say when you make that contact that matters. "Hand down" works far better and far more often than "hand out", yet very few people in the business world market that way, but they should!

Caroline;  You're very smart.  Great hook that spurs YOUR leads to contact you and capture their info.  Well done.  Heck, I do commercial transactions only, and I signed up!

Thanks, Dan! What I mention in my report works for any field, really, except the content I provide obviously won't work for you, but I hope you enjoyed it anyway!

Offering valuable info is the absolute best way to capture leads. It's all about starting the relationship off by giving (hand down) not by talking about why they should work with you (hand out).

I checked your site and you have a perfect opportunity to capture leads just by offering a free report on a pertinent issue for your prospects...maybe a report answering all the most frequently asked questions or concerns of your prospect? Then just add a follow up series adding more value, and see what happens! It's really all about leveraging your website traffic.

Thanks again, Dan!
