Your most precious piece of business real estate

Services for Real Estate Pros with Real Estate Client Prep

Have you ever though about the most precious piece of real estate you have at your disposal? I mean when it comes to your business and your marketing.

It's the "above-the-fold" part of your website. The top of your site. What people see when they first arrive on your page.

It is your first and mostly only (since 80% of website visitors never scroll below the fold) chance to catch the eye of your propsect and get them to want to make contact with you.

So...what are you doing with that precious piece of real estate?

Does everything above the fold on your site work feverishly to build your business? After all, whatever is there is your automated marketing system, if you will. So why not have something that works to build your business 24/7/365...ONce it's there it's there and it works for you all the time.

The key making the most of this precious piece of real estate is to have an obvious and compelling reason for your visitors to make contact with you. That's not your "bio". That's not a simple contact form.

Many, if not most real estate sites these days use that precious real estate for pretty pictures, or often, one big pretty picture. But, while that's attractive and nice, is it effective buiness strategy?

Use that precious real estate wisely, use it effectively to build your business by automatically generating real leads...and your business will never be the same!

I'd love to hear what you are doing with your precious real estate...what's working for you? What's not? What have you tried?

Caroline, I have only read two of your posts.  I even complained a little about the first one, but I think that I am rapidly becoming a fan of yours.  You know your business and at some nebulous date and time, I may even become a customer of yours.  Who woulda thought?

I must say that I am truly honored. Thank you, Roger, for your kind words, and again for your previous input.
