So a little back story: I'm looking at listings yesterday for an investor buyer client I'm working with and noticed in the PUBLIC remark section of the listing sheet:
Too funny.
I wonder why the listing agent felt a need to put that in the Public Remarks? Maybe those sites "valued" her listings a tad less then current market? LOL
well that's certainly one way to get it out there.
We had some zillow goes zonkers things last week where all of one of my agents listings said for rent and we were getting a bunch of calls. HELLLLO we don't do rentals. Perhaps I should put NOT FOR RENT, in my public remarks.

Can't make it any plainer lol. Would that folks would LISTEN and not go to those sites so that we don't have to continually correct...great wordless Wed :)!

Carla, this is an awfully funny comment to put into Public comments, but maybe she found the listing on these sites and wanted to be sure it WAS correct. Too funny though.

I may think it but can't imagine putting it in the agent remarks. Zillow has never been very accurate with their home values for our area.
May thing is if many Zillow puts on their website that their data is not accurate and people know that,why do so many people put their trust in them? Sometimes I just don't get it Carla. Have a great weekend.
