Open Houses historically have not been well received in our area and I am trying to come up with some very unusual ideas that will set my properties apart and draw more attention.
Balloons, Flags, Flyers are just the norm here.
You have to spend a lot of money on catering or preparing food for the masses. They will come to an Agent Open House if you feed them
You are the experts and I has hoped that you would share some of your ideas. I want this to be the most successful Open Houses in the area.
