Starting our daughter out in Countryside Gymnastic in Fayetteville, NC was hands down, the best thing my husband and I did when she was around 2 years old. We thought about the different sports programs that were offered in Fayetteville, NC and decided that she was too young to start most of them according to the age restrictions. Yes, it’s a Parent & Me program, but an amazing way to bond with your child and start introducing your little one to fine and gross motor skills.


We started to notice she had the physical attributes to be a gymnast. We knew she would love it and possible be very good at it. She was always climbing, jumping, sitting in a split position and showing us the semi front roll, she had learned from other kids her age. It’s amazing to see her now at 4 years old and to see how much she has learned and developed week after week. Now my husband and I watch her from the bleacher (as proud parents) as her wonderful instructor guides and coaches the little Tiny Tumbler, the next class or an entry class for her age group . Countryside Gymnastic has so many different programs for both boys and girls of all  ages, it’s never too late to start. Plus, it’s better than a child sitting in front of a TV or computer playing games all day and not getting any physical activity.

Gymnastic has many benefits than just an being an Olympic sport.
Countryside Gymnastic is a proud member of USA Gymnastics. It helps your child develop team works, dedication and high self esteem. As well as, helping your child focus on activities without being distracted with everything else going on around them and some great time management skills that will help as they get older. We have not had the opportunity to take advantage of the Parent’s night out program yet, but heard great things from fellow gymnast parents.
