Bruno,

I have been selling second homes in Naples for 16 years.  I am finding the age of my buyers keeps getting younger. I am sellling to couples in their thirties and forties who want to make an investment for their retirement while they can afford it.  Often they put the property into the seasonal rental market and use their condo in the fall and late spring. The weather in Naples is very nice this time of year and they also have the benefit of some income for season.

Marcia -I am glad that you've got that staying power in the industry. And yes, I agree that the latest trends in real estate market sees a younger segment of buyers like the young professionals. Yet, we still have the retirees as strong buyers too.
