This was my first television interview as the President of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, and I'm not sure if the camera REALLY adds those mythical 10 pounds or not, I'm glad it was a seated interview.

hi Ken I really need your help. I booked a cruise for my honeymoon with. we forgot to our birth certificate. we did go to the court house and got a copy. But in the process we got lost trying to find the court house. when we made it back to the port we was unable to board the ship. I paid 953.00 dollars. this was both our first time ever taking a cruise. I just feel that they want give us another cruise or refund us our money. can you help please
