Simple Feng Shui Fitness tips to enhance your muscle and Cardio building

Life is about the choices you make.  You choose how you wish to feel from day to day, what foods to nurture your body with and how active you wish to be.

Here are tips with how to build a little more muscle though out your day and enhance your cardio level.  If you have the option between the stairs vs elevator, try to negotiate the amount of times you take the elevator (if you can).  This way you get a little cardio and strength training into your step each day :) walking up and down the stairs is a great way to tone your butt and leg muscles. It also challenges your body with stability enhancements.

Cut back on the amount of sugar and salt you allow into your daily diet.  By simply cutting out all soft drinks and unhealthy juices for 21 days, you will start to shed the pounds naturally.  Just try it and see. Sorry to say, there is no magic pill to make your strong, it only adds the illusion of strength.  I call them water or balloon muscles.

Laura,

This is such good advice. I call sugar, salt and white flour the 'white death'. Strange how so many white things are a danger to our health.

I am a true believer that I need to cut back on my sugar intake. Too much is really not healthy for anyone. Same with salt but I don't do extra salt.. well I like a little salt on my apples and watermelons. Other than that I don't add it to my food after cooking.

Hey Margaret, thanks..many good things developing :)

Hey Lou, very simple easy to follow suggestions that can make a world of difference.

Hey Jo, hahha, your comment makes me laugh :) yes most man made items are just thing we need to stay away from.

Hey Sussie, salt and sugar are both naturally in our foods to begin with, so to add extra sometimes is not the best idea.  Even be mindful of the type of salt and sugar you add. Try to put organic spices and such into your foods vs processed "enhanced" ones.

Good tips!  Most people drink way too much sugary drinks, and even worse are the ones with fake sugar!  Get up and move around more often if you have a desk job.  Walk instead of driving if it's just a short trip.  Stay healthy and have a great weekend!

My husband and I have recently removed soft drinks from our diet. I am surprised to say that I really don't miss them all that much and feel TONS better.
