I'm really surprised to see the small number of new condo listings coming on the market.  When there used to be 90 on average there are now only 60 in the past 30 days.  That's a significant drop in inventory.  13 units are already tied up and pending, primarily in the $300,000 and under price range.  The following offerings are some highlights of what's still actively for sale in Kihei, Wailea and Maalaea.  If you're ready to buy, don't wait any longer for prices to get better.
