Hopeful Closing date - 6 months from now.

Letter from Mortgage Company is on file and regular updates from the Buyer are required.

Early Occupancy with rent being paid in the meantime.

TRIED to make it so everyone is a Winner!

Light at the end of the tunnel for both the Buyer and the Seller!

The house had been on and off the Market with various Agents and Companies, as well as a FSBO several times for about four years.

FINALLY - "got'er done"!!!

Mark - on the contract, we have the year from now date. IF the Buyer does what the Lender has told him to do, he should be able to Close in six months or less. Yep, the big huge word - "if"!!
