Another BEEPING Roadrunner

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Eichler Properties DRE # 183868

It does seem that when you see one you see two or three more.  As you look to your left across the lake lot that is for sale there is nothing there as you look back again you see a lot of high speed traffic.  It is very fast and for sure it is breaking the speed limit in this lake development on Lake Granbury.  The object comes to a screeching stop and it was none other than Mr. Roadrunner going after a lizard for lunch.a sight often seen in this area.

James,  This one is about the average size in this area.  They are fun to watch because the do some crazy things.

Norman,  Funny! We may find out how they taste if the economy does not get on track.  I think that I would not be at the table if this would be the meal of the day.

My great grandmother used to have a 'pet' roadrunner. She would leave drinks for it on the back porch and eat would leave a snake or lizard for her every so often.

Kristin, Thanks for the comments.  I did not know that your area was not blessed with The Roadrunners they are sure a different bird.

Than, Your grandmother proved we can tame just about any bird or animal. I know that she enjoyed her time with her pets.
