Get a lead

Capture the lead

Send listings or Statistics

Make a call ( most important ) Determine the needs of Buyer or Seller

Can you meet them immediately or do they have to arrive here from somewhere else.

Schedule a time to meet in person

BUYERS

Send directions to the office

Find listings and make appointments (some need 24hrs notice)

Make sure your keybox is charged and updated

Meet clients at office

Show homes that meet criteria to a T

If you show the perfect home they will buy it.

Write and submit contract

Work with Mortgage Company, Title Company, Appraiser, Surveyors, Home inspectors and other agent if there is one.

 

Schedule day for closing

Sign papers

Hand over the keys and take pictures :)

 

Sounds easy now GO SELL A HOUSE !!!

This does sound easy.  I wish it was this simple.  Paperwork and the processes are the wild cards not mentioned.  Thanks for a great reminder of what it is supposed to look like.
