Last Week's Favorite Newbie "First Posts"
AR IS AS MUCH ABOUT MOVING FORWARD AS IT IS ABOUT REACHING BACK. So as you think back, try to remember how you wished that someone had reached out to you or at least spotted your post and made a comment on that post (and kept coming back to see what you were up to). Well I think these AR Newbies probably feel the same way. They were all great post, but unfortunately I couldn't spotlight them all.
In the interest of time, you may not be able to stop by them all, but if you could just click by as few or as many as your time will allow.

Assistants Deserve Respect Too! by Scott P
This was the last Newbie post that I read from last week, but felt it should be first on this week's First Post list. I know that some agents do feel that they are betters than others, but no one deserves to be treated like their NOTHING. I have to give props to Scott P for taking this stand and reminder agents that he deserves respect just like any other person.
I just loved Madrienne's title like "are you crazy or what." Not only is Madrienne a AR Newbie, she is a brand spankin' new real estate license." Hop on over and give Madrienne a big shout of encouragement on both fronts.
Meet the White Tie Guy by Robert Sawyer
Talk about a good intro. Bob (as he like to be called), basically posted his resume for his first post. That takes the mystery out of wonder exactly what it is that he does and how he does it. Props for Bob Sawyer.
The First Step Is...... by Steven Gendal
Not only did Steven take his first blogging step, I am fascinated by his niche market: Families With Special Needs. I'm not sure if I have seen that on AR. I think that Steven has an excellent chance of reaching his niche market through Active Rain with our help.
The Current State of the Real Estate Market by the Salsa Team
I'll be honest with you here. The first thing that caught my eye about this post was the nice font size, the brief paragraphs and the apparent backlinks. I think these Newbies (team) and to new to blogging and the clarity of their writing shows it. Don't we love a clear and well written post. This does not diminish the importance of their topic which we know all too much: The Current State of the Real Estate Market.
Paitence Young Grasshopper by Dietric Williams
When I first looked at Dietric's profile picture, immediately I thought "the looks like he is standing in the pulpit." And as I read his posts, I found it to be eloquent and motivational just like my own pastor. Now I don't know if he is a man of the clothe and that's not important here, but I'm just sharing my first impression.
Real Estate Transactions Incident to Divorce by Corey Haverland
How often is it that you hear of real estate agents entering his business having already identified their possible niche. I think Corey will be an excellent fit for networking with attornies and serving this particular niche that are already dealing with a higly strung emotional roller coaster.
What is My Home Worth in the Providence Club? by Janice Baldwin
I love this one right off the bat because Janice "gets" it. She recognizes tthat it's all about the title to get consumers to her post. Secondly, if readers want to know who to find out the answer to the questions, there is not mystery as to how to contact her.
