Well James, it sounds like market improvement plus the available amount of short sales will make home purchasing possible for most buyers. I hope 2013 is a good year for sales in your area and that you get a good chunk of the action.

Hi James, Short sales have been such a big part of our markets. I think in the coming months that will change drastically.
