Ezine advertising is used by both Internet marketers and network marketers. Ezine advertising can and should be used in ever niche. It is another way to drive traffic to your website and increase sales.

What is a good website that you can go to find ezines that you can advertise in? Go to http://www.directoryofezines.com and get a membership. They have ezines in thousands of different categories in which you can place your ezine ads. You can find niche targeted ezines as well.

There are different types of ezine ads. For example, there are sponsor links and ads that are 4 to 6 lines in length. When you place an ezine ad, you want to print out a copy of your ad tracking log. You want keep it in a 3 ring binder. You want to start logging every thing you do when you place ad.

To place ezine ads you go to the appropriate website, submit the ad and pay for it. You can pay anywhere from $20 to $300 per ad.

Tip: Your ad should always ask for a call to action. You should get them to subscribe to your newsletter or buy your product. You send them to a website that always capture’s their name and email address.

Ezine ads are wonderful because they can give you a giant rush of traffic really quickly.

If you are submitting ezine ads with an affiliate link then you want to track each ad separately. It is important to track your ads to see how much traffic they bring in. If your ad doesn’t bring in any traffic then never use it again.

There is a myth that safe lists don’t bring in any traffic. If you are a paid member of a safe list, you will bring in some traffic. Try a safe list by subscribing to it for one month and then track your ads. If you make sales from your ad then it is worth it.

Incorporate ezine ads into your marketing campaign. You will drive traffic to your website and increase your sales. Remember to always test and track your ezine ad numbers so you can figure out what you are doing right and what you are doing wrong.
