As you can see real estate along the lakeshore is waking up! January was phenominal! We had at least 100 fewer homes for sale than at any time in the past 15 months. We had more accepted offers than any time in the past 15 months. We had 10% more accepted offers than any other month in the past 15 months, AND we pended 115% more than closed in the month!
I expect February to be just as good or BETTER!

With record low interest rates now is a great time to buy or sell. It is a good time to sell because there are buyers qualifies with lenders looking for nice homes.
It is a good time to buy because with the low interest rates the payments are unbelieveably low!
With the inventory disappearing I am sure the interest rates will be gin to climb and that will dampen the activity a bit. Don't wait too long to decide which side of the fence you want to be on.
