Thanks Karen, I got the AIDA concept years ago from a Dale Carnegie course. Since then I have seen many other variations, but this is the simplest and most succinct.

My key message in this internet era you need to Stage your Business's Visibility Online by optimizing a video as I do.  It serves to grab prospective clients attention when they are actively looking for a local home stager online.
