What's Up with this? A Ten Minute Open House? Is this something new just in Celebration, Florida? If the potential clients have questions, will they have to step outside to talk longer than ten minutes? It doesn't appear to be a typo with the fives in the times. What do you think about this?
It certainly gets one attention.. Other than that, I am not sure what to make of this 10 minute open house.
JoAnn - Nothing like being specific to get people to move. Will have to give it a try ;-}
What happens if you show up at 2L36 p.m. ? It is an interesting marketing strategy.
We have done this in the past with a lot of succes, thanks for the reminder
We have a local company that does short 15 - 30 minute open houses for rentals. They have been doing it for years and it works quite well. I have done some 30 minute to 1 hour opens.
I'd like others to weigh in on this so I think I'll feature it in the group Bananatude. Thanks for introducing this topic.
JoAnn, this one is good, better hurry, and don't dilly dally, or you shall miss it!
Snooze you loose.....make it happen.....be about it! Interesting marketing fun!
Maybe they want everyone to come at one time for a presentation, walkthrough, the food (not much of it). There must be a reason!!! Oh, maybe it's a really small house?
Is Celebration the Disney planned community? Listen I hate open houses so this would be my cup of tea. Run them in and run them out.
