Have you heard of Oprah & Deepak's meditation challenge?

I am always looking for effective ways to calm my soul... I try to spend time each day reading the bible and thinking about how blessed I am even when I am in the midst of a storm.

A good friend of mine sent this challenge to me and I have decided to give it a try, what can it hurt, right?

A lot of these programs cost to join but since Oprah is sponsoring this it is free for all that want to participate! The meditation challenge starts on March 11th...
