New Buyer in Nampa Idaho.....

I know that you know...that every one of my clients is special....

I love helping folks go through the process of buying or
selling a new home.

Because I grew up in Nampa Idaho and I also sell homes in Nampa

I have had the opportunity to meet and help many schoolmates...  

I consider it a privilege to help each and every one of my clients who are buying or
selling in Nampa Idaho. 

But today was one of the funnest and
best closings I have helped with in
nearly 19 years of selling Real Estate

I was given the opportunity to help a long time
friend Allison with her purchase of a home. 

Allison and I met in the second grade when
she moved to Nampa as a little girl. 

I had helped Allison and her husband at the time,
to purchase a home many years ago...

 Now as she enters a new phase of life it was time to help her
and her daughter find a new place to live. 

We looked at a number of homes before he settled
on a home in South Nampa.  

Today we closed on her home...

Joining us as our Escrow Closer was Kim Doan from
Pioneer Title Company.

We had so much fun laughing and sharing and
reminiscing about our school days!  

This was the best closing ever!!! 

I love helping a new buyer in Nampa Idaho purchase their home...

(oh and by the way....no fair guessing how many years ago I was in Kindergarten or the 2nd grade...)
