Dick Greenberg is hosting a contest called "Sensei/Grasshopper Is Back" for his Sensei/Grasshopper group. If you haven't heard of this group or contest, make sure to check them out.
The concept is phenomenal. Agents helping Agents. Each of us has different strong suits and each of us has weaknesses. For me, my strengths in addition to real estate come in internet marketing, website design, and SEO. I generate almost 100% of my new leads through the internet. I'm working on expanding my horizons and generating more leads in other ways, but for now the internet is my home. Because of this, I am always willing to help our another agent when it comes to technology, because I find technology FUN. (I know, stop groaning) I also will be keeping an eye on the Sensei group for assistance, ideas, and best practices for generating leads from off-line sources.
I received an email from Simone Bercu, a fellow Keller Williams agent, asking about how to properly format pictures on Active Rain. There are a lot of options to play with and if you follow the new blog section, you know that there are a lot of people who do NOT properly format their pictures. The easiest way to explain how to format pictures on Active Rain is to walk you through it step by step. Remember, I'm a technology guy, so no bullet points and no power point presentation. Let's go to the VIDEO!
(Simone - my apologies up front if I mispronounced your name in the video)
If you have any questions about anything related to technology or websites, feel free to shoot me a message and I'll do my best to answer your question if I can. (The Sensei/Grasshopper contest is limited to one entry, but I never limit myself on helping others as long as it is reasonable and I have time!)
