Here are the home sales for the month of February 2013 for our Lake Elsinore California community. Seems like the STANDARD SALES are starting to hold their own once again!

There were 43 Active Listings ranging in price from $95,000 to $535,777

There were 87 Pending Sales ranging in price from $95,900 to $337,477

There were 74 CLOSED SALES ranging in price from $179,000 to $286,864

There were 40 Pending Sales in BackUp Offer Position ranging in price from $108,000 to $329,000

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There were also 11 Expired Listings, 7 Cancelled Listings and 15 Listings placed on Hold and 2 Withdrawn
