Construction of Model Homes in Villa Palmeras in Estero is currently under way. The community of paired villas ranging from 1,400 to 1,600 square feet in size will be located near Three Oaks Parkway and Corkscrew Road in Estero, and is being built by Neal Communities, which was recently named one of America’s Best Builders by Builder Magazine.
The two models being built now are the Crystal Sand and the Tidewater. Both villa modelss have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen with island, and coffered ceilings in the great room. The Crystal Sand features 2,097 total square feet with 1,434 square feet under air, and the Tidewater offers 2,202 square feet with 1,524 square feet under air and a den.
