Make Memorable Neighborhood Videos - Try this template for Animoto!

We have a lot of realtors using our Pro subscription to make videos for listings, sales, and neighborhood videos - anything that promotes you and your business. We're adding more features and I can't wait to tell you about them in future posts.

Today I just wanted to share a quick template for making a neighborhood video - like the one below.

Words make the area sound interesting, but if you want to really sell it, bringing it to life could seal the deal.

We created that video using the King William Historic district as an example. Here's a simple template you can use to create compelling neighborhood profile videos to help add value to your listings.

Here’s all you need to do:

1. Open with company logo and contact info (if applicable).
2. Follow with two best neighborhood images.
3. Neighborhood map (you can take a screenshot from your favorite map site)
4. Text slide introducing neighborhood.
5. Another house image.
6. Street sign.
7. Text slide describing architectural style.
8. Follow with 2 – 4 housing images.
9. Text slide discussing neighborhood bonuses (e.g. Great school! Nearby park. Abundance of dining options.)
10. Follow with 2 – 4 bonus images.
11. Close with logo (if applicable).
