Hey Active Rain Newbies, We Got Your Back
Until such time that Active Rain creates a link directly to AR Ambassadors, it's necessary for us to continually write posts letting you Newbies know that we really are here for you.
You see the badge below? In case you have been wondering about what it stands for let me tell you.
To those of us that have been graced with it:
- It means that we've made a commitment to be the go to persons to answer Newbie questions
- It means that anytime you see this badge, and you have a question of any kind, we encourage you to reach out and contact one of us for help.
- It means that we'll do our darnedest to reach out to you and lend a helping hand.
- We're committed to writing post like this one, providing information about all things Active Rain that will make your blogging experience the absolute best
- It means that even though we are not know-it-alls (because we are still discovering new things ourselves), but if we don't have the answer, doggone it, we know where to find it or who to turn to.
Now with that being said, go ahead and ask any AR Ambassador a question, any questionat all. I'll tell you something else, you can pick up the phone and call us and we'll be glad to hear from you. We try to personally reach out as much as possible, but with so many Newbies coming on board daily, it's impossible for any one of us to contact you all.
Oh and on this past Sunday, I post the 1st installment of a weekly post titled: LastWeek's Favorite Newbie First Post. I hope I get a chance to spotlight your first post. I'll be looking out for it.
Anyway, call me, email me or whatever, just contact me or any Ambassador if you need help. Doggone it, every time I get ready to end this post, I think of something else. Please, please, please take advantage of this months Sensei/Grasshopper mentor/mentee contest. You simply join the group and write a post about what you need help with and any member of Active Rain that has experience in that area will offer to help you (Because that's what we do around here......help each other out).
