the guy I sometimes bike ride with on the weekend calls me, ask me if I was a realtor,
"of course, what's up"
he says, "I want to buy a house for my kid's wedding this December".
I'm like sure no problem, I ask " what the budget?"
he says " oh about 900K to 1.5MM "
I almost fall of my chair.... WAIT there is more ...
I ask, "do you have proof of fund so that we can put our best foot forward "...
he goes "I'll send you an email".
Just got it, 4MM+ in the savings account ....
were going to do previews on bikes next week to get an idea ....
I swear life is just plain silly fun. Pedal power showings ROFL this is going to be awesome
