I suggest you skim the book "Reverse Mortgages for Dummies."  You can get it from the library or you can get a used one on Amazon.com for around $6.

I hear that ART still offers free reverse mortgage signing training.  You can find their phone number at: http://www.artreverse.com/contactUs.htm

I wrote a marketing book on how to get Reverse Mortgage work at the fees you want.  Not one person who has read the book has a negative word to say about it. You can read their posts on the notary forum at www.NotaryRotary.com  Just hit the orange search button and use the words marketing reverse mortgage Laura to find the posts.  You will see a few negative posts there but they are all written by people who have not seen the book.

btw - my book talks about marketing to get Reverse Mortage work, not how to handle the loans.  I don't want anyone to be unhappy due to purchasing a book from me for any reason, including thinking the book covers a topic that is not addressed in the book.
