Ready For The Spring Market? - Unique Solanco Property Under Agreement

By
Real Estate Agent with Fathom Realty

We keep hearing about the real estate market improving and with spring only a few weeks away it will be interesting to see how things pan out in Lancaster County. Buyers are going to be taking advantage of the warmer weather and low interest rates and hopefully your listings are easy to show. We have had several new listings this month and this one was very unique but went under agreement so fast we barely had a chance to promote it online!

Solanco farm for sale

78 Main Street in New Providence was once a booming fish hatchery business and is under agreement after only a little over a week on the market. Located in southern Lancaster county this home has many outbuildings and a little over 3 acres.

As a long time resident of West Lampeter and a Lancaster County Realtor I'm hoping this is a sign of a good spring sales market!

What a great porch on the front of this home. Counldn't you just picture a couple of rocking chairs, once the weather is warmers. Good luck with the sale.

Best wishes for a smooth transaction.  Dolores and I always enjoy visits to Lancaster.  We do need to learn more about the residential areas.
