            2.  Assess Your Level of Stress.  What affects Stress levels to change?

                        a.  Health - Physical, Emotional, Mental, Behavioral

                        b.  Job - Organizational Structure, Relationship at work, Career development, Clarity of job role,

 Changing jobs, Promotion
