Hi Lu,  You are 100% correct on all these points.  I fail on 2 out of 4...not very good.  But this think I am doing positive things to work on the exercise and diet side.  Thanks for the reminder.  I am a subscriber of your and try to ready your blogs every day but often don't have time to comment on them on.  Keep up the good thoughts.
