This is the most fun that I have with an Active Rain contest.  I love getting up and doing the blog each day.

There are some good questions that you have given us to work with.  This is good for us and it also puts these things fresh in our mind. 

I like to give hints to my sellers about what to do to their house to make it more salable. I have a website that I ususally send them to.
