Community Garden in Fayetteville, NC

I want a home where I can have a garden! As an agent in the Fayetteville/Ft Bragg area, this is something I am hearing more and more of my clients asking for when we start the initial home buying process. The garden is organic in nature so you will not be able to use any chemicals, herbicides, insecticides, or fertilizers. For $25.00 you get a raised bed approx 20x20. The Fayetteville/Cumberland Parks and Recreation supplies the garden boxes, compost and water.
Gardening is something everyone can enjoy and can be very rewarding in many different ways. Studies have shown that children who help grow vegetables are more likely to eat what they grow than going to buy it at the store. Maybe something to think about.
