It All Happened in 96 Hours - Atlanta Home Staging
After sitting on the market for 11 months, the frustrated homeowner (who is also a real estate agent) elected to use our home staging services. He had "tested the waters" with our staging by taking one of his vacant listings and had us stage it. That listing had also sat on the market for almost a year without a single offer. After staging, the home was under contract in 7 days!
