Well it is Friday and it has rained through the night which we really needed we hardly had any rain this winter. I love it the next morning after it rains because the mountains are covered with snow and it is so pretty. We have lots of visitors in town because the tennis tournament is going on in Indian Wells. I am sure the visitors will love that it is suppose to be in the 90's next week
I feel bad for the people who are getting those nasty storms in the east, not fun I know.
I was going to do an open house today but given the weather I think it is a great day for cold calling. I really have found that the old basics really do work, cold calling, open houses, thank you cards that are hand written and door knocking.
If you really believe in what you are doing you have no reason to be afraid of rejection. I choose this position over 20 years ago because I loved houses and loved the feeling of helping someone find a home for their family. Even though things have changed drastically I still love houses and I still love to help people.
If just really makes me feel good to make someone else feel good! Do something nice for someone today even if it is a smile it might be the only one they get!
