Let First American Title’s Short Sale Services team gather all the initial approval requirements while you spend your valuable time selling more homes.
Step 1 – Contact me to request a Short Sale Services packet.
Step 2 – Complete initial authorization forms and return the package.
Step 3 – Our Short Sale Services team will provide the following services:
ü Contact the lender to determine current requirements
ü Collect and submit documents (Yes we upload to Equator!)
ü Continuous contact and email updates
ü Manage changes in lender requirements
ü Send out approval letter
ü Strategic legal resource referral
Step 4 – You work with the Lender to initiate the negotiation process.
ü Weekly updates with the listing agent for any HUD changes
Step 5 – Approval letters are received and First American completes the closing.
