WOW, what a day, I am so excited I am stuttering ( that also might mean I might be having a stroke but that's another story )
Now my running joke is that I have to do listing appointments on my bike otherwise it's not fun ( if work is not fun then why work )
well off to my first appointment 30 minutes to ride to that appointment
get there all full of grim and dirt, do the dog and ponny show ... tada ... they signed off
yippie first over a million listing on the beach
now I race to the next appointment
pedal pedal pedal
it's nice weather outside today about 74F in the shade.
get to the next appointment, first thing that person does is ask about me showing up in a bike ( and I was on time )
I tell him my story about me and my bike
he's cool with it
agrees and signs .... yippie another listing .....
then I'm off to a showing, do that dance, the seller takes me to lunch and pedal power to the next
pedal pedal pedal
now this one is what to far, I'll loose 2 hours just biking back and forth
so I get there, I am drenched from heat to toes that even my sneakers are going sqeak sqeak sqeak...
the guy and his wife are laughing, but I do show and .... signature,
that listing is also over 1 million, but it's to darn far ( waterfront 12 miles away and dangerous 2 lane death trap by our sister office ) , I call up this realtor, gave her the listing and take the refferal on it, she come to the property, loves the listing and the owners like her, I'm drinking cool aid in the back on the owners boat. it's priced cheap and it's going to sell quick.
I've got to take pictures and hide the easter egg ( my bike ) in one of them.
I love what we do, being a great realtor is all about loving your clients and doing the right things. I really think that nobody cared that I road a bicycle to see them.
I'm loving life
