Bob...it is certainly an affordable community in Warner Robins GA.

BLiz...an incredibly low foreclosure drove down the overall sales price to list price ratio.

Bobbie...homeowners appear content as there are no properties on the market at this time.

I was reading the comments. It took all the way to the BLIZ TEAM to mention the sale ratio for the area. Really? What's going on here? If the home was listed at say 100K and the settled price is around 60-70K?

Wow, now that's a problem.

Joan...I have some as well, just depends on the needs of the family/individual.

Pat/Steve...they are cheaper than renting.  Hard to believe so many prefer to rent instead.

Clint...no problem in this community.  Some communities, especially older ones (depending on location), can lose some of their value over the years.  While new construction gets around $105 a sq ft here, many communites sell for much less.
