Today I would like to direct your attention to our web site for a new feature we have just added call Market Snapshot. The market snapshot can be found on our home page http://www.willettsproperties.com on the right hand side of the main page. The market snapshot is a unique report that is emailed to you once a week and will give you detailed information on the real estate market, community and schools in the area you select. To sign up for the report, all you need to provide is your name, email address and the address of the area you are interested in, and in a few minutes an interactive report is sent to you with a 30 day snapshot of the real estate market including what has sold, what is for sale, how long the houses are on the market, differences between asking and selling price plus much more including some great graphic interfaces. Additionally, there are tabs for community and school information so if you are not familiar with the area you can ask it to show you where the closest restaurants or churches are as well as public school information! It is a great tool for anyone interested in the real estate market in our area as well as folks who want to visit virtually and find out about the area.
