SNOW SNOW EVERYWHERE - I'M GETTING SICK OF IT!

By
Real Estate Agent with Aspen Properties, Inc. BR511793000
AFTER A DAY OF GALE FORCE WINDS YESTERDAY, TODAY IT IS SNOWING LIKE CRAZY.  DON'T KNOW ABOUT ANYONE ELSE BUT THIS HAS BEEN A MISERABLE WINTER AND I'M READY FOR SOME MILDER, LESS WET & WHITE WEATHER.  IT REALLY KILLS OUR MARKET WHEN IT IS LIKE THIS 'CAUSE THERE ISN'T ANY WAY IN OUR OUT OF COMMUNITY WITHOUT GOING UP AND DOWN MOUNTAINS.  OH WELL, GUESS THAT'S WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR HOME IS LOCATED AT 7000 FEET.

So far this year in Bucks County PA, we have had it pretty good (knock on wood).  However, I am also ready for spring.  Then again, I am usually always ready for spring the day after Christmas.

It's bad, but I use it as time to work on the website and do something when everyone else is doing nothing.

The snow does nothing but help our market. But, we have two ski resorts, so I am sure the situations are different. More snow here equals more tourists, which, in turn, equals more home sales.

Blah @ snow.....move to Florida.  I know a really great agent in the Bradenton area that can help you find a home!

It's beautiful here today.  Have all the windows open with a nice warm breeze blowing through.  I think I am going to go for a walk or bike ride this afternoon!

ISRAEL - IT HELPS OURS AFTER IT IS OVER BUT TODAY EVEN THE SKI RESORTS ARE CLOSED.  THE ROADS TO GET TO THEM ARE SO BAD EVEN THE EMPLOYEES CAN'T GET THERE.  IT'S STILL SNOWING TOO!

BECKY - I SPENT 35 YEARS IN THE DESERT AND I TRADED THE HEAT FOR THE SNOW. EVEN THOUGH I AM READY FOR SPRING, I STILL WOULD RATHER BE HERE THAN IN THE HOT COUNTRY.  I'VE NEVER BEEN TO FLORIDA THOUGH, I HOPE TO VISIT SOMEDAY THEN I CAN DECIDE IF I PREFER IT TO TALL PINES AND COOL SUMMER WEATHER.

It did have a little bit of snow today, not really much at all this year in Southern New England. I am tired of this cold weather though.

Wow!  That is why so many people love to move into the sunny south!  IN the Atlanta area we get all four seasons, but rarely get frozen precipitation.
