Clearly all tax refunds in Westchester should go towards redoing floors.  LOL.  Just kidding.

It's amazing how much decluttering can do for your psyche and how much larger your space will look.  I was just having this conversation earlier w/ a customer is Ossining.

BTW, we are having an Active Rain Westchester meetup on thurs 4/11 6pm at Uno's in White Plains (14 Martine Ave).  It would be great if you are able to attend.

Very clever, Debbie  (#1)...nice try!  But I think Catherine's idea of spending the tax refund on staging is a much better idea, LOL!

Sharon and Debbie - after a very dreary winter, staging my bathroom gave me a much needed lift. 

Valerie - I bet you enjoy seeing the changes your girlfriend makes. There is a sense of welcome anticipation that never disappoints.
