The Utah housing market is beginning to pick up pace. Most local economists are saying the worst is behind us for the housing market. Our economy in Utah is great, interest rates are low, we have added thousands of new jobs, our income is increasing and our unemployment is very low. This short buyers market we have had is expected to end this summer, now is the time to buy.
