- Sales price to list price ratio: 91%

- Sales currently pending: 16

Narragansett home absorption rate has crept up again to a home buyers market. With 23% of the homes for sale being in the $1 million plus luxury market category, it will take some time to get to a balanced buyers and sellers market.
- Breakdown of the 8 Narragansett RI home sales in Februay is as follows: 4 homes sold under $300,000, 2 homes sold between $300,000-$400,000, 1 home sold over $400,000 and 1 home sold for over $1 million. In February, the under $300,000 home was the one that generated the most buying interest.

Home sales were down in February by 27% over the prior month due to the Blizzard of 2013, home sales were down over last year at the same time period and home inventory levels increased by 8 homes (equal to what was sold in February). Yet, the Narragansett RI home sales market had been a strong selling market in 2012. The past home sales numbers support a strenthening of this market as the spring season comes upon us.
