Expectations for the Relocation Season 2013

The busiest part of the 2013 relocation season is upon us. Some will be leaving the local housing market. Others will take up residence here.

Personally I have more clients arriving than leaving this year. As the trend has been in the last few years, people from near and far are relocating to the Moncton area.
Positive migration numbers in recent years have fueled the local housing market.

The difference in 2013 is the number of active listings on the market. It's at an all time high for this time of year. Buyers have lots of properties from which to choose

My buyer clients seek my expertise to assist them in finding the roses among the thorns.

And I enjoy doing that.
