Woodland Park is a mountain town, if you will, located about 30 minutes West of downtown Colorado Springs.  With all the amenities of a city this community has everything you could want (multiple grocery stores, hardware stores, restaurants, movie theaters and more.  You can find great homes for sale here on a city lot or on acreage outside of town. February 2013 shows the active market continuing in the Woodland Park Real Estate market for single family homes.

 

Woodland Park Real Estate Market

There were 139 total single family home listings for the month of February 2013.  Of these:

85 are current properties for sale with list prices ranging from a $46,000 to $1,999,950. The average list price is $408,356.   

17 are pending with an average price of $384,947 and high of $845,00.

17 are under contract with an average price of $169,900 to $599,000.  The average list price here is $300,556.

7 are short sales under contract with prices ranging from $125,001 to $289,900.

13 are sold with a low of $125,000 and a high of $529,900.  The average sold price is $261,254.

The list prices range from $46,000 to $1,999,950.  The average listing is $48,356 and 157 days on the market.
