2012 brought a strong real estate market back to the region well on the road to recovery with the overall inventory of homes about one-half what it was from the peak. Sales activity is recovered, new developments and new construction is progressing at break-neck speed, and prices have long since bottomed out and are slowly improving with the depleted inventory. Miromar Lakes did its part with 60 sales as recorded in the Naples-Bonita Springs multiple listing service.
