Occupied Transformation went from blah to SOLD!

By
Home Stager with Southern Home Staging LLC

This lovely house had been on the market 90 days with another realtor and no offers.  After it expired, a new realtor called me and said this just has to be staged.  We did the whole house using the homeowner furnishings and added accessories. We staged on Friday, accepted offer on Monday!!!  Woo Hoo, Staging Works.

That is really cool.  That really is a contrast between before and after.  Looks like two different homes.

Audrey and Mary - I couldn't agree how important staging can be.  Even more in this competitive market.

Your right that room was very blah, The room looks much better with the additional furniture and the placement of the sofa changed.

Very nice job, Sharon!  I think that the addition of the larger artwork and providing more "balance" to the room really helped this room.  Thanks for sharing your "before' and "after"!

Great job, doesn't it blow your mind that the homeowners have these wonderful things in their home and do not showcase them properly? I love these type of stagings.

Thank you ladies.  It does just amaze me that with a little bit of creativity we can make something wonderful out of nothing.
