Lizanne Moffatt Joins Molisse Realty Group
Buying her first home in Marshfield in 1993 fueled a desire in Lizanne Moffatt to give up a daily commute into Boston and open a business closer to home.
With her father a carpenter and a husband who is a home inspector, houses were in her system, making a career in real estate a natural choice. “ I like people, the South Shore, and houses” says Lizanne, “and being a Realtor combines all three.”
The purchase of her second home became an eye-opening experience for Lizanne when she acted as her own agent as well as being the client.
"Seeing the process from both sides of the table gave me real insight as what each party goes through during the purchase and sale of a home, and this perspective has helped me going forward from that time on" says Moffatt
Lizanne has a gift for connecting with people and has found the some of her dearest friends have been found through past client relationships.
